"Ron provides outstanding inspection service. We made appointment at 9:30 and when I arrived Ron already inside and started. He spent over two hours carefully checked all places (this is a new condo at san Ramon).....gave me a summary, discussed found problems, and on the same day, provided a detail report with many pictures.
